Kudaushe Matimba’s Harare bring the sounds of Zimbabwe

Beeston Festival is delighted to bring Kudaushe Matimba’s Harare to the main stage at 2:30pm. We think you’ll be delighted too judging by this recent review: “Harare played an incredible gig at Brixton’s Bedroom Bar. At the heart of Harare is ex-Bhundu Boys singer, mbira and marimba player Kudaushe Matimba. Playing original dance music from Zimbabwe, Harare blew the venue away. They had everyone dancing by the first track and everyone singing by the second. Harare belong to those bands who make time fly by…suddenly...

East Steel Added to the Main stage bill

We have confirmed East Steel as our first act on the Main Stage. East Steel will open the show just after 12 noon when Hilary Benn MP officially opens the festival.
