The Festival committee has published its Annual Report for 2025.

The report details how the organising committee plan their work and reflected on the various attractions at the event including live animals, children’s activities, dance and music performances, stalls, food, sport and the fun fair.

The 44 volunteers (not including the committee) who put in 540 hours work on the day were thanked. The festival couldn’t happen without them.

Funders and sponsors were thanked for their contributions: Councillors on the Inner South Community Committe, National Lottery Awards For All, Building Blocks nursery, Health For All, Beeston in Bloom, Eden Park Nursery and Friends of Cross Flatts Park were all thanked for their generous support.
