This information is for confirmed stallholders at Beeston Festival 2025. Bookings are now closed.
ARRIVAL
You must arrive between 9:30am and 11:20am. Access out of these hours will not be granted unless specifically agreed by event management.
If you arrive early DO NOT QUEUE OR WAIT blocking roads, you should return after 9.30am.
ENTRY TO THE PARK
Use the Beeston Road entrance.
You will not be able to bring vehicles into the park without a pass.
You must drive at 5 mph with hazard lights on throughout the site, following traffic marshals’ instructions.
The steward on the gate will direct you towards your pitch.
LOCATING YOUR PITCH
You will receive your pitch number(s) and a map by email a few weeks before the event.
Refer to the map which will be posted closer to the event to locate your stall pitch. Stewards will be available to assist.
Stall allocation is fixed and cannot be changed.
PARKING
You will receive 1 vehicle pass per pitch booked. Please park your vehicle behind your stall. If space is limited cars may be parked at the top on the Tempest Road side of the park.
You must not move your vehicle between 11.30am and 5pm.
SETTING UP
Setting up should be completed before 11.30 am so that the event can start on time.
You should bring your own gazebo(s) if required.
You should bring your own tables & chairs unless these have been hired via your booking form.
Collect hired tables and chairs from the information stand close to the Pavilion building.
All gazebos, tents etc. must be securely pegged down.
Petrol-based generators are not allowed in the park under any circumstances.
CLEARING UP AND GOING HOME
Your pitch should be left completely clear at the end of the event.
Please ensure that you collect all litter frequently throughout the day.
Stallholders are to dispose of any rubbish using bin bags and take them to the skip near the information stand.
All tables and chairs hired should be returned to the information stand at the end of the event.
The event finishes at 5 pm – cars will not be allowed to move before this time!
If you do need to move your vehicle in the event of an emergency, go to the information stall for help.
