SETTING UP

Setting up should be completed before 11.30 am so that the event can start on time.

You should bring your own tables & chairs unless these have been hired via your booking form.

Collect hired tables and chairs from the information stand.

All gazebos, tents etc. must be securely pegged down.

Petrol-based generators are not allowed in the park.

Stalls this year have been spaced out to allow for distancing to comply with our Covid-19 risk assessment, therefore you will find approximately 1.5m gap between stalls. This gap must not be encroached on by any stallholder. It is paramount you keep areas behind stalls organised and orderly; if you feel the need to secure this gap to prevent unauthorised access we advise you to bring a suitable barrier.

CLEARING UP AND GOING HOME

Your pitch should be left completely clear at the end of the event.

Please ensure that you collect all litter frequently

Stallholders are to dispose of any rubbish using bin bags and take them to the skip near the information stand.

All tables and chairs hired should be returned to the information stand at the end of the event.

The event finishes at 5 pm – cars will not be allowed to move before this time!!

If you do need to move your vehicle in the event of an emergency, go to the information stall for help.
