Gazebos
We are unable to supply or hire out gazebos. If you require one you must provide it yourself.
Stall size
Each stall pitch is 3 by 3 meters. You can book multiple pitches if you require more space. A gap of 1.5m is left between stalls to avoid overcrowding.
How is the money I pay used?
Beeston Festival is a not-for-profit organisation. All money is put towards putting on the festival. As well as money from stall holders we are heavily dependent on grants and sponsorship to make the festival happen.
Why are your stall fees higher than other events I have been to?
Beeston Festival is a large festival with thousands of people attending, this provides a large audience for your stall, and also requires a lot of logistical costs to make it happen.
Food hygiene certificate
All food vendors require a food hygiene certificate which must be provided to us before the event and brought with you on the day.
Power
Power is not supplied as standard. Food vendors may book a stall with power at an extra cost
Generators
We do not allow vendors to bring their own generators as standard. If you would like to bring a generator please contact beestonfestival@gmail.com to let us know what it will be used for and the specifications. It must meet our emission standards to be allowed on site. Petrol generators will not be allowed on site under any circumstances.
Water
Food vendors may get water from the pavilion. We request other stall holders bring any water they require with them.
Stall locations
Due to the number of stalls we cannot take requests for positions. If you want to be located next to another stall holder please let us know by reply to the email you get after filling in the stall booking form. We will do our best to accommodate these requests.
Weather
We always hope for a nice day for the festival, but sometimes it does rain. In these circumstances you will have to make do best you can. We cannot offer refunds as our costs remain the same regardless of the weather.
When do stall bookings close?
Bookings are now closed for 2025.
Why do you want to know what my stall is doing?
We try to position stalls so they are not next to stalls doing a similar thing to try and maximise customers for you.
Registered food business
You do not need to be a registered food stall, but we advise you do register with your local council, which is free to do.
Alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, etc.
We do not allow sale of alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, or any illicit substances at the festival.
You can have alcohol as prizes as long as it does not make up more than 50% of prizes and you have alternative prizes available for people under the age of 18.
Payment
You can pay by card using the booking form.
Or, by transferring money to our account:
